He is the consummate professional and very knowledgable about the products your company services. He has gone the extra mile for me on more than one occasion and has even taught me how best to maintain my windows and doors. He is quick and efficient and I always feel confident that he is giving any job his best effort. He has a positive disposition and a "can do" attitude, even if the job is a challenge for him. He doesn't waste his time, gets right to work and checks in with me as he progresses through the tasks to be sure that I understand why the job necessitates more time and or what obstacles he has found and usually solves right on the spot or let's me know that we need a part to be ordered, etc. I am fully confident in his abilities and know that one way or the other, the job will be done to my 100% satisfaction.
