EXCELLENTTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I have a 30 year old Andersen slider as a backdoor. At the 20 year mark, the wheels were adjusted. At the 30 year mark, the slider became nearly impossible to open. Windows Crafters came out and determined the door was beyond adjusting and both the wheels and track had to be replaced. Andersen is very good about keeping parts in stock, even for a slider as old as mine. Once the parts were ordered and received, Windows Crafters returned and now the door is like brand new! I can open this heavy wood/vinyl slider with one finger. The Windows Crafters repair crew did all the things a professional crew does: called right before their visit, were on-time, and were neat and clean. Between the first and second visit, a few weeks went by without any status updates. I had to call the office because I though they had forgotten about me. I have removed 1 star because I was left in the dark for a few weeks.
