Nathan is an 11/10. We contacted La Cantina for recommendations for who to use to look at our la cantina doors that weren’t retracting the whole way and we were given three names. I called Nathan and got back to me first - quickly replying and saying that he was going to be in the area at the end of the week. He was great at communicating via text, showed up and fixed our issue within an hour. He was extremely professional and affordable. Chris Day (service manager) has been to my home several times and he has always shown up promptly and always is very pleasant and actually has a smile on his face. He is the consummate professional and very knowledgable about the products your company services.  He has gone the extra mile for me on more than one occasion and has even taught me how best to maintain my windows and doors. He is quick and efficient and I always feel confident that he is giving any job his best effort. He has a positive disposition and a "can do" attitude, even if the job is a challenge for him.  He doesn't waste his time, gets right to work and checks in with me as he progresses through the tasks to be sure that I understand why the job necessitates more time and or what obstacles he has found and usually solves right on the spot or let's me know that we need a part to be ordered, etc. I am fully confident in his abilities and know that one way or the other, the job will be done to my 100% satisfaction. I will always request him as I know he is not only qualified ,but enjoys what he does and I know the job will get done correctly.
